#1 Industrial Vision Engineer

#1 Industrial Vision Engineer - Full Time / CDI

Job description :  

Within the context of a replacement, we are looking for an Industrial Vision Engineer. As part of the Optical R&D team of 3 people, you will be involved in customer projects and product development in the field of vision and optics.

Your missions :

  • Successfully executing optical R&D projects, from analyzing of customer samples to the qualification of the solution:
    • Participation in pre-sales activities and initial analyses.
    • Definition and implementation of the technical chosen solution for the project contexts, covering optics, vision, and image processing.
    • Intensive testing of the solution.
    • Deployment of the solution on customer sites, if necessary.
  • Contributing to developments and tests related to smartphone authentication advancements (using Adfirmia technology) conducted by the R&D team.
  • Engaging in technological and competitive monitoring for the company.
  • Providing support to the technical support team when issues arise.

Your challenges:

  • Mastering and developing strong technical skills related to existing solutions to facilitate their evolution.
  • Communicating well with project and operations teams, who will be your primary counterparts.
  • Ability to innovate.

What we are looking for / You may be a good fit for the team if you have or are:

You hold a degree at the master’s level (BAC +5) with a specialization in industrial vision and a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in this field.

Technical Skills:

  • Control of light – matter interactions (inspection, quality control, etc.).
  • Ability to implement and calibrate various optical systems (such as cameras, objectives, lighting, and lenses).
  • Ability in documenting work (including development directions, test plans, final reports, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of industrial vision and image processing.
  • Basic understanding of electricity (industrial machinery), mechanics, and automation.
  • Familiarity with at least one 3D technology (such as stereo photometry, fringe analysis, shape-from-shading, etc.) would be a plus.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages (such as Python).
  • Knowledge of optical simulation (using ZEMAX software).
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.

Linguistic Skills:

  • Technical English.

 

Behavioral Skills:

  • Autonomy within a small team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate technical adaptability due to the diverse technologies and products involved.
  • Rigorous, analytical reasoning, and synthesis skills for successful project development.
  • Curiosity and creativity are essential for innovative product development.
  • A strong product-oriented mindset is desirable for projects spanning from research to the industrialization of marketable products.

#2 iOS & Android Development Engineer

#2 iOS & Android Development Engineer - Full Time / CDI

Job description :

As part of a new position, we are currently recruiting an iOS & Android Development Engineer.

Within the development team composed of 11 people, you will participate in the development and maintenance of the EDGYN suite of mobile applications.

Your missions :

  • Development of new features or enhancements (according to the product roadmap) for the existing suite of mobile applications, which enable product authentication, customer support, etc., and are used by various audiences (consumers, brand inspectors, support teams).
  • Maintain this existing suite of software.
  • Contribute to the elaboration of technical specifications and work estimates.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables by relying the existing continuous integration system (Jenkins, SonarQube, testComplete, etc.).

Your challenges:

  • Understand and develop strong technical skills related to the existing solutions in order to evolve them.
  • Communicate effectively with project, technical, support, and validation teams, who will be your main contacts.
  • Demonstrate the ability to innovate.

What we are looking for / You may be a good fit for the team if you have or are:

You hold a degree from an Engineering School in Computer Science (or equivalent), with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in mobile development for both iOS and Android platforms.

    • Java

  • iOS (mandatory):
    • Objective-C
    • Swift
  • Familiarity with Augmented Reality Frameworks (matrix calculations, library integration, JNI).
  • Proficiency in advanced camera usage.
  • Experience with image processing (OpenCV).
  • Utilization of AI.
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-On (OAuth2.0).

You work well in a team, exhibit rigor, organization, and autonomy, and possess a good level of technical English.

#3 Customer Success Manager

#3 Customer Success Manager - Full Time / CDI

Job description :

As part of a new position, we are currently recruiting a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for customer satisfaction, success, and client retention by:

  • Maximizing the utilization of our solutions by our customers.
  • Maximizing the level of service and performance delivered to our customers

 Your missions :

  1. Ensure the proper functioning of our solutions with customers, closely collaborating with internal teams (business development, project, customer service, product).
  2. Co-manage the transition of projects from the project team to the Customer Service team, along with the project manager and the Key Account Manager (KAM).
  3. Provide personalized support and assistance to EDGYN customers, both at the corporate level and site level.
  4. Lead specific projects as an internal project manager for our clients (e.g., migration).
  5. Identify and communicate opportunities or improvement needs for our solutions to the business development and product teams, based on a comprehensive view of how our solutions are used by our customers.
  6. Monitor and analyze data on our solutions usage by customers to identify issues or improvement opportunities.
  7. Ensure operational and contractual implementation and support service monitoring through third-party partners/integrators.

 

What we are looking for / You may be a good fit for the team if you have or are:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in 1/Customer Success Manager or 2) a CDP position having monitored customers or projects in operation or 3) a customer service/support position.
  • 5 years of experience in B to B solutions within the manufacturing sector (software and ideally machine + software).
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry would be a plus.
  • Engineer degree or equivalent.

Skills :

  • Customer-oriented.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required.
  • Resistance to stress and pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive forward issues in coordination with other teams.
